1. Person whose parents or family members suffer from depression and heart disease
2. Person who has had an organ transplant
3. Person whose parent or close family member has Alzheimers or dementia

Filming will be in London (UK) w/c 4th December

Open to all ages & genders

Those who take part in filming will be paid for their time + travel expenses
