Prime Minister Cecilia Bradly (50s)- The no-nonsense head of the Global Council, she’s the one charged with coming up with and executing a solution to protect America, and Earth, from violent robot attack. She dies trying to take down the lead robot in charge of the robot attacks.

Trevor (21) – He loves digital tech in a tech-weary world. Born just before the robot wars of 20 years ago, he doesn’t quite have the adverse reaction to tech that others do. He sees it as a good thing that can help humans live better. This is exacerbated by the fact that he now has a stepdad, and sometimes uses the tech as way to retreat. But as the current robot wars begin, he is able to use Z-bot robot tech to help humans when the war against the new lions. Showing that tech isn’t always a bad thing.

Reena (19) – Prefers analog tech to digital, much to the chagrin of her brother Trevor. But knows some tech thanks to curiosity about how it works. And it’s Reena who helps Trevor realize that’s it will have to be a combo of analog and digital ideas and weapons that may finally stop the current lion attack.

Sgt. Mark Oros (40s) – Former fighter in Earth’s robot war from 20 years ago. He is now married and has step-children. His stepson in particular does not like Mark. But as a new robot war emerges, Mark uses his former training to help fight the robots and protect his family — including almost paying for that with his life. He earns the respect of his stepson by the end of the film.

Sgt. Agnes Oros (40s) – Former fighter in Earth robot war from 20 years ago. She fought in the wars side-by-side with her ex-husband, who is now deceased. Now re-married, she and her current husband use their knowledge of the previous war to protect their kids and fight the robots.

General Palmer (50s) – Works closely with the Prime Minister Brady to the origin of the current robot attack and how to stop it. He fights bravely in an attack when robots descend on the Global Council. He is injured fighting the robots, eventually succumbing to his injuries and dying.

Lt. May (30s) – Military personnel who works under General Palmer and Prime Minister Bradly. They help gather info on the attack and later help fight against the current robot attack at the global council. They die during an attack on the Global Council.

Lt. Ryan (30s) – Military personnel who works under General Palmer and Prime Minister Bradly. They help gather info on the attack and later help fight against the current robot attack at the global council. They die during an attack on the Global Council.

Lana (20s) – Prime Minister Bradly’s assistant, who helps her figure out a solution to stopping the lion. She dies when she a robot fires a laser at her.

Officer Cy (20s) – A Global military officers who helps fight against at the current robot attack at the Van Ryberg Center until they are told go on ahead of those still in the center.

Officer Gordy (20s) – A Global military officers who helps fight against at the current robot attack at the Van Ryberg Center until they are told go on ahead of those still in the center.

Butch (40s)- A foreman at the currently being built Van Ryberg Center — a tribute building to those who fought in the first Z-bot wars. He ties in when rubble falls on him during an attack by robotic lions.

Colonel Evander Wilks (60s) – A retired Colonel from the Z-bot wars. He thinks all remnants of the Z-bots should be destroyed instead of displayed, and remembers much of the Z-bot war. He is killed protecting others during a robot attack.

Juniper – (30s) – A power plant technician who is the first to witness a robot invasion. She is killed when a robot fires a laser at her.

Lucas (40s) – A power plant technician who is one of the first to know of a new robot invasion. He is killed when a robot fires a laser at him.

Professor Lee Derek (50s) — A professor from the year 2003 who warns his colleague Tobias Lang that the intelligence of the Z-bot robots may become unstoppable if left unchecked.

Professor Tobias Lang (30s) — A professor from the year 2003 who discusses with his colleague Professor Lee Derek about the Z-bots. Professor Lang thinks the Z-bots are releatively safe and need additional failsafes in place to keep the Z-bots’ intelligence in check.
