ROLES:

LINEMAN (offensive or defensive) should be able to leverage their power and have great footwork.

LINEBACKER – player with exploding power out of their stance to block and tackle.

DEFENSIVE BACK – able to cover wide receivers and stop the pass. Must be able to move quickly and dynamically.

WIDE RECEIEVER – able to catch the ball from the quarterback and have quick speed to run the ball.

QUARTERBACK – have high-quality throwing skills.

RUNNING BACK – able to receive handoffs from the quarterback to rush the ball, to line up as a receiver to catch the ball, and to block.
