He is a computer programming wiz, HUGE Lord of the Rings fan, and oblivious to what “women” want. After  many failed attempts at dating, mostly due to his desire to move way too fast, Stan decides to give online dating a try by the suggestion of his best friend Dave.

Dave: Over fifty, Stan’s friend and Chief Operating Office of Stan’s company. Believing to know what women want, Dave pushes Stan to give online dating a try. He assures his friend that he will guide him through the process. His advice is horrible, but his intentions are good.

Cheryl (Cast): Over fifty, professional businesswoman. Cheryl is a widow with two adult children. She hasn’t been in the dating scene “since the ice age.” At the behest of her friend, Lori, Cheryl attempts online dating. Down to earth, and independent, Cheryl reluctantly begins the process. She’s looking for someone who is honest, caring, and doesn’t always talk themselves.
