Roles:

[VASILY] – 50 to 65 years old, man. White, Eastern European. Vasily is a shady bodega owner; a family friend who offers Klara an easy delivery job for some quick cash. Vasily runs illegal operations and may be involved in Klara’s dad’s sudden death. SUPPORTING (shoots 1 day; 2 scenes)

[JACK] – 25 to 35 years old, male, white. Attractive, a former police officer who has been gathering evidence on Vasily and knew Klara’s father. He follows Klara to warn her about Vasily and that she has been set up. Jack offers to help Klara with bringing Vasily and his crew down. SUPPORTING (shoots 1 day; 2 scenes)

Non-union, true crime recreation series casting call.  Filming in the Knoxville, TN area April 24-26.

Jose, perp- Hispanic male, small build, clean shaven.  He gets jealous of his ex-boyfriend’s new relationship and snaps.  This role includes scripted violence.  He tortures his ex-boyfriend by binding him to a chair and gagging him.  Likely needed Thursday around 12pm and Friday around 10:15am.  $150/day + hotel.

Landy, victim- Hispanic male, thin build, dark hair, clean shaven.  He is the ex-boyfriend of the perp who is killed out of revenge for a broken heart.  This role must be ok with scripted violence with a stunt coordinator.  He is bound to a chair in his underwear and gagged.  Please do not submit if you are not comfortable with this content.  A stunt coordinator will be on set for safety.  Likely needed Friday morning only.  $250/day + hotel

Gail, victim’s friend-  White female. Full build  Very short hair/pixie cut or shorter.  This role is likely needed 2 scenes but spread over 2 days of filming.  Thursday around 12pm and Friday around 1pm. $150/day + hotel

911 Dispatcher-  Any adult.  Likely needed Thursday around 11:45am.  $100/day

Canvassing Detectives 1-2:  Any male, 35-45yo.  Seeking talent who own clean, well-fitted professional wardrobe.  Likely needed on Friday around 1pm.  $135/day

Neighbor- Any adult.  Likely needed Friday around 1pm.

Jonathan, victim’s new boyfriend- Hispanic male.  Needed in one scene where he’s questioned by detectives.  Likely needed Friday around 4pm.  $135/day

Jose’s neice- Hispanic female, 20’s.  Likely needed for one scene with detectives on Friday around 11:30am.  $135/day
