ANITA
Anita is a 28 year old waitress at the restaurant.

THE BARTENDER
The Bartender is a silent and mysterious figure.

ASSISTANT MANAGER
The Assistant Manager subs in at the restaurant when the General Manager is sick -unfortunately he’s been sick for a couple weeks.

BRIDGET
Bridget-26, Anita’s best friend.

ELDERLY CUSTOMER
She visits the restaurant often and Anita gives her free pastries. A very kind spirited & wise lady.
