Milli (Black, 30-35), Jacen’s calm, and opinionated Sister.
 
Pax (White, 40-45) a big time LSD dealer, he’s sharp, witty, dramatic and cunning.

Lisa, (Black, 30-35), Jacen’s on again, off again girlfriend. She’s sweet but petty.

Seeing Owl, (Black, 50-60), a stoic, esoteric and wise seer. She’s eccentric and deeply spiritual. She can see the future and is knowledgeable about things surreal and paranormal.

Ned (white, 50-60) and Mary (white, 35-40) – a freaky couple that buys from Graham. 

Nico, (Latino, 25-30), brash, with his own motives.

Chad (Asian, 30-35), laid back, works for Pax.
