Casting Call for “Trailer Trash”, a short film.

Genre: Slightly Obscene redneck Comedy

Title: Trailer Trash 

Locations : Mamers, North Carolina, 

Character Descriptions:

BUBBA –  Bubba is  a 57 year old African American southern man, self made in every way and would give the shirt off his back to anyone, unfortunately he’s also overly friendly on occasions which causes others to take advantage of him. Though he loves his daughter Minnie, she bosses him around a bit too much, and he is powerless to do anything about it.

Minnie – Minnie is a 27 year old African American southern girl with a bit of an attitude, well only when it comes to people saying or doing unfavorable things to her. It’s true she loves her Pawpaw deeply, she is just tired of being babied by him, and having to do things for him all of the time, and has lately been trying to boss him around.

Chick –  Chick is a 60 year old retired auctioneer, who talks like an auctioneer non-stop even in ordinary conversations, though no conversation with chick is ever ordinary. He’s a good friend to Bubba from way back, and would do anything for him including volunteering to help Bubba set up for the Pig Pickin’ and drag his two flea bitten sons along with him.
