Casting a Local ATX BAND.
Yeah, a bit odd, but I have a short film shooting around June 17 that features a small indie band in a critical role.  Shoots in 1 day.
Looking for a group that can compose and perform a dreamy, slo-tempo tempo tune that evokes surf and beach music in a melancholy way.  Sort of a Mazzy Star meets the Ventures vibe.  Not looking for metal, rap, hip hop.  Has to be some flavor of dream pop/shoegaze/alt-folk sort of thing.
