A Bristol based, independent production company is looking for young actors to get involved with an upcoming short film that is currently in pre-production.

ROBIN (20-29) After a life of feeling that she isn’t good enough, finally escaping and living her dream changes Robin, making her understand her self-worth and see things clearly

BOBBY (20-29) After the death of his mother, he feels like the only person he can trust is his girlfriend. What if he can’t offer her what she needs? Although he is a charming and fun man, his insecurities get the better of him

VIOLET (21-35) Robin’s oldest friend, living out with the group for a little while now, feels free but is unable to escape the sadness inside herself a loving and understanding character whose focus is making her friends feel welcome with a sadness in her, stemming from her childhood which has resulted in a drug addiction that she isn’t yet aware she has

EMELIA (21-35) Raised wealthy but wanting to escape the ‘rich-girl’ labels, she is a run away who still has the air of snobbery around her until you get to know her on a more personal level

CHARLIE (22-35) Considers himself the leader of the group but truly isn’t as that goes against the mindset that they all strive to share, a character presented as a villain but never does anything for that to be true

AIDEN (21-30) a warm and welcoming friend, always open to finding the humour in a situation, obviously very thankful to be enjoying the life he is living with the woman he loves (Violet)

SOLICITOR (45-70) the solicitor that reads Bobby’s mother’s will in the opening of the story
