Tiffini, perp’s ex- Black female, late 20’s-early 40’s.  She’s putting a car seat in her car when a man comes to help her.  Likely needed Thursday around 12:45pm. $135, flat

Detective #2- Male, 35-45.  Should be in good physical condition.  Likely needed Wednesday around 7:30pm and Thursday around 1:30pm.  $150/day, flat
