I work for a video production company in the UK and we have a 1-2 day shoot happening at a 4 day long corporate event in Miami. The event runs 6th-9th May however it’s still TBC which days we’re shooting.
Currently I’m exploring options of the best way for us to carry out the shoot (hire local crew, send crew from UK or utilise our in-house crew if possible…).
The shoot itself would include:
• Generic event broll
• Short informal talking head interviews
• 3 x slightly more formal interviews
We’d need you to have kit consisting of at least:
• 1 x camera (preferably Sony FX3/a7siii)
• Lens (24-70mm)
• Tripod
• Gimbal
• Plenty of memory and battery
• Lavs (recording into camera is fine)
• Some sort of key light + light stand (for the more formal interviews only)
