Dan: an anxious student that needs to give a  presentation in front of his class. (Early-mid  20s) (*ASL)

Jo: Dan’s kind classmate, who happens to be a  CODA. (Early-mid 20s) (*ASL)

Quinn: Dan’s roommate that understands his  nonverbal tendencies. He also helps Dan to reach out to others. (Early-mid 20s) (*ASL)

Professor: Dan’s Public Speaking Professor that doesn’t accommodate his needs to use ASL in his class. (Late 20s-early 40s)

Looking to cast actors for a UT Directing Workshop scene reenactment of the film Superbad (2007).

Seth (ANY ETHNICITY, MALE, 18-23): A high-achieving high-school senior, accepted into his dream school, ruins every chance Evan has with a girl because he fears losing his best friend since preschool.
Evan (ANY ETHNICITY, MALE, 18-23): A mediocre high-school senior who desperately wants a girlfriend, opts to attend community college to distance himself from Seth.

There will be MANDATORY Workshop Performance at the University of Texas at Austin Campus on February 13, 2024 between the hours of 2-5pm.
