What gets deleted
- Your profile, name, email address, photos and headshots
- Uploaded media, showreels and documents
- Saved and applied casting calls
- Your login credentials and membership record
What we keep
- Payment and invoice records, retained for 7 years as required by tax and accounting law. These are no longer linked to an active profile.
- Anonymized, aggregated usage statistics that cannot identify you.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account cancels your membership. If you subscribed through Google Play or the Apple App Store, please also cancel the subscription in your store account.

Email support@hollywoodauditionupdates.com from your registered email address with the subject Delete My Account. We action requests within 7 days.
